I was late for sliced brisket ? had to get "chopped " brisket which was like a pulled beef. A little saucey for me but tender. They sell bacon wrapped poppers ?. I do alot of cooking and alot of reviews and this was a great stop and I will recommend them to anyone wanting great BBQ. Great job!“
