I’ve noticed many negative comments, but from my perspective, the staff here work very hard and handle a high volume of customers with professionalism. Often, there are long lines both inside and at the drive-thru, and it’s important to recognize that efficient service takes time. Despite everything, my orders have always been accurate, and the employees remain courteous. Overall, this location does an excellent job, and if you have worked in customer service, you will empathize with them.“

“Went around 7pm and they actually had sold out of munchkins but wasn’t the end of the world and the cashier said that she still had a few donuts left. She was very nice and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend instead of the other Dunkin down the road.“
