Best Vegan Ramen noodles among all places in Edison, Metuchen, Cranford, Clark, Westfield, etc. We even got a free bowl on Mother's Day for my wife. Noodles are made fresh here onsite on daily basis, plenty of seating, staff is always nice, their fresh lemonade is also probably the best I have had. Our main go to place for Ramen soup. Few more great options for vegetarians, like Bao Buns (Tofu), Japanese Salad (its pretty good for a salad).
The service was great. No wait for a late lunch on a Saturday. I got the 1/2 ramen half sushi lunch special with a California roll and a chef special ramen. The food was great and the half portions were more than enough food when splitting and appetizer with someone else.
