I've been coming to this establishment for a couple of years for a morning coffee and bagel. I like the whole wheat bagel with butter. The coffee is strong and may not fit everyone's taste. The service is fine. My only criticism is that they could organize the order/pay/pick up areas, so people who are new know what's going on. Could also be a little updated and cleanerWheelchair accessibility: One level. Easy for wheelchairs.
The best bagels in NJ, or at least one of the best, specifically their French toast bagel! Their crew and the main man are great people! Would not only recommend but would suggest you try it if in the area!

Should be called Cranford’s Worst Bagel. Absolutely horrible bagel shop. There is an AT LEAST 50/50 chance something in your order is screwed up. And they put almost no seasoning/toppings on your bagel (see attached picture.) Cranford’s “Best” officially made my boycott list. Do yourselves a favor and go to Bagels 4 U in Kenilworth or Bagel Chateau in Westfield. Cranford deserves better.
