Best bagels across three towns. They are always hot, fluffy and large in size. I went to another bagel shop out of convenience recently and ended up heading to Cranford bagels anyway, the other bagels were so small, skinny and terrible.

I was given someone else’s order AGAIN today.
I have been a patron for years - but their queue setup is consistently horrible & the orders are often mixed up. The busier it is, the more likely you’ll be given someone else’s food.
(I ordered a spinach and egg on a sesame bagel, and when I opened it up back home I found out that I was given someone else’s cheese and egg on a toasted everything.)
It would be nice if they made some changes -...

I've been coming to this establishment for a couple of years for a morning coffee and bagel. I like the whole wheat bagel with butter. The coffee is strong and may not fit everyone's taste. The service is fine. My only criticism is that they could organize the order/pay/pick up areas, so people who are new know what's going on. Could also be a little updated and cleaner
