O’ Sole Mio Pizzeria Ristorante

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this pizzeria. The manager started yelling very aggressively at one of the workers, who was simply trying to handle a refund. Instead of helping, the manager just shouted at her and treated her very poorly.
Honestly, this does not seem like a healthy work environment if that’s how the manager treats the staff. His rude attitude leaves a very bad impression, both for customers and employees.

The service here was awful. The waitresses had a bad attitude the whole time and were not friendly at all. My order came out wrong, and instead of fixing it, they just ignored me. The environment didn’t feel clean, and overall the place was very poorly managed. I left disappointed and won’t be returning.

had a really bad experience here. The waitresses were extremely rude and unprofessional. They messed up my order, and when I tried to explain, they didn’t care at all. The place was dirty, the tables weren’t clean, and honestly nothing about my visit was enjoyable. I would never come back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food was excellent, and the restaurant itself is very charming. Our waitress was warm, attentive, and efficient, which made the experience even better. The only part that felt disappointing was my interaction with the owner/manager, which came across as unfriendly and somewhat rude. Aside from that, it’s a lovely place to dine and I would recommend it for the food and atmosphere.

I had the Grandmas pie and their special calamari. The pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas I ever had. I’m from the Philly area and I have been to the best pizza places including Connecticut. All I can say is wow I was pleasantly surprised on how great this place is.

Wonderful meal tonight. We went simple; salad & pizza. The salad was a perfect compliment to the Mediterranean pizza. Our 2 servers (1st night for both) were very attentive & professional. We had a great experience, thank you!

Small Italian restaurant mostly for takeout but has some tables to dine in, which we did.. food was good, only complaint is the prices were a bit higher than what was in the menu

This place has great pizza. Love the grandma pizza. It’s actually the best I have had. We’ve had a few of their entrees also. All good. We would recommend it. They also have outdoor seating for those who would like to enjoy some fresh air while eating. BYOB.

This place was horrendous I was here for 4 hours waiting for my food just for it to be dry, plus there was no air conditioning so I’ve been sweating and exhausted while eating my food.

Given the extraordinary reviews, we had high expectations for Sole Mio. It was crowded on a weeknight and we felt a bit cramped in our table, which was located in the middle along the back wall. I feel the service was lacking, as we were hard to get to.

We found the food to be underwhelming. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi, which looked fabulous, but was quite bland and lacking garlic. I ordered the chicken francese which was also a bit bland, lacking lemon and wine. I did not care for the pasta sauce either.

Clearly this establishment has a following, but we will not return as there are so many better choices for Italian cuisine in the area.

Plenty of free parking in the back, but steer clear of the smelly dumpster.

This is our go to Italian restaurant. Fantastic entrees and pizza, and the owner is wonderful. He personally checks on each table to make sure everyone is happy. We always leave full and satisfied!
