Starbucks is amazing. Every day when I’m near Starbucks, I always say, “Can I get Starbucks?” My favorite order is a cake pop and a strawberry açaí fresher they’re so amazing. The atmosphere is as clean as it can be and the service could be a little slow if they’re busy but any other time the service is amazing. They always have amazing pastries, and amazing menus that are visible from far away. Starbucks’s app is also amazing especially with the points because If you can’t go to Starbucks, you can just order it mobile. I also love the pup cups because every time I go, I ask for a pup cup for my dog. In summary Starbucks is an amazing place and I can’t wait to go back.

I really love this Starbucks in Cranford! The space is wide and open, with plenty of natural sunlight pouring in through the large windows. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. The layout is modern and clean, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. There’s a nice variety of merchandise displayed near the counter, and the coffee always tastes fresh. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a calm and welcoming café experience.

Disgusting staff. I witnessed 2 employees drop top on floor and put back on customers drink & laugh about it. They were touching money than touching drinks with dirty hands. The employees here were straight 🤡 dont go here, not clean or healthy

So... I eat starbucks every day I'm not embarrassed to say it😄 on this day I was closest to the cranford station location I walked in waited another women walked stood across from me. After a long wait I guy stumbles over to her gives her what she needs. 1st red flag because I think it's good practice to see who was here first. Then he stairs at me, I stair back, he stairs more ... so I'm like do you speak? he saids yea. I'm like ok great do I order here? He saids yea after I placed my order my husband saids what was that? I'm like no idea 1st time having that kind of service at starbucks... definitely not a friendly environment for non European dependents.
Newly renovated and expanded. Plenty of diverse, new furniture. Drinks are perfectly made, especially the new machines ("Clover") replacing the traditional drips. Each coffee strength is available in three types of roasts, almost like espresso without the cost. Well, it is a fresh experience.

Consistently Good, But Can Get Busy
Starbucks is always a reliable choice for great coffee and snacks. The drinks are consistently good, and I love the seasonal options they offer. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, but the place can get really crowded, especially during peak hours, which sometimes leads to slower service.
That being said, the cozy atmosphere makes it a nice spot to grab a coffee and relax or get some work done. Overall, a solid experience, just be prepared for some wait time during busy periods.

I ordered a hot americano 2 times via Uber eats and both times it was made cold. When trying to call the store to ask them to make the next one hot as ordered, the phone line is an ongoing busy signal. Bad following of orders.
