“Excited to revisit this place!! Appetizers and mains were all flavorful and timely (we got the Crispy Spring Rolls, Tofu Triangles, Prik Khing, Green Curry, Grilled Beef, and Drunken Noodles). Staff were so friendly too! Dying to go back to sample their drinks and desserts, which sound amazing (Thai tea creme brulee?!) 😍“

“We have ordered delivery from Hunan Wok Cranford for twenty years at least. This is literally the ONLY Chinese takeout my husband will eat. The taste and quality of their food has been consistent since we started eating from here. We love them and always will, so much so that we moved Bridgewater over a year ago and we STILL only get Chinese take-out from here.“

Ordered take out, it is convenient to the Hilton Garden Inn Springfield. Everything was ready on time. I will be back and encourage others to try it out.

“All four of our party enjoyed their entrees and appetizers. Bursting with fresh flavors and top notch ingredients....we were served hefty portions. Not just your average Thai restaurant, a very varied menu. I recommend the delicate little dumplings appetizer and the Lamb Chops with Lemongrass. Also, the Thai Sweet Tea was delicious and the wait staff and owners were patient, helpful and kind.“

The service has always been good up until yesterday. I ordered my food online but I wanted to eat there because my lunch is too short so I waste time walking back to work with my lunch. I think they were upset because when 2 women served me food and water, I said THANK YOU and they both ignored me. They smiled at their other guest but looked serious with me. I used to eat lunch there everyday so I deserve respect! I don’t know where the guy and girl that treated me so nicely went but these 2 women make me not want to eat there again.

You didn’t go “above and beyond” because when I called to order my food to eat it there, the girl on the phone said you don’t do that so I still ordered my food online and when I got there I ASKED you to warm it up. Even if it wasn’t allowed, you should’ve told me instead of giving me attitude and treating me with disgrace. I’ve ordered many times there, I put money into your business I even recommend this restaurant to people so you should’ve told be professional!

By the way, the drunken noodles I ate yesterday only contained 2 pieces of tofu and barely any sauce, it was dry.“
