Absolutely delicious! A gem of a find on the side of the road. My wife and I have seen this place for a long time and always say we’re gonna stop and have lunch. We finally did and it was well worth it. I had a pulled pork, amazing. Picnic tables to eat on, fun music and attentive staff. Surprisingly I never heard the cars on the highway. As a note, you have to go in the entrance to the Toyota dealership to get inside the parking lot that will lead you to the truck.

We got the chicken flautas, the mex corn salad, and the pork/beans.

The flautas are stuffed and the chicken is moist (unlike so many other flautas I've had). Tortilla was crispy and satisfying. The salad is stacked with meat and very filling. The vinaigrette was also good. The pork and beans are amazing, so much meat with a great smoky flavor.

Overall, would 100% recommend. Prices were fair for the amount of food we got

We travel all over the country for work and try different foods everywhere we go. Every single time since eating here, we have to compare all other food trucks to Johnny Rippas. The food was GREAT! It was so good, every time I get with my guys it always gets brought back up. I highly recommend. If you are in this area and your looking for good BBQ, this is the place to go. Thanks for the everlasting, mouth watering memory!
