“First off, no matter what Chic-fil-a I've EVER been to, service is always their top priority. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious. They give you whatever you ask for. If you wanted an extra sauce, they just gave it to you. Chic-fil-a is always my first choice with fast food. It's always worth the wait in line. I had barely any wait in line this time. They also now started a line for like Mobile orders. These are people who already pre-paid and probably have their food waiting and prepared. This way, they aren't sitting in the same line as the people placing orders. Genius idea!!!! I may venture into using that option next time!!!. “I would like acknowledge the manager of the Delran location for her kindness and hard work. I've lived in Delran for 16 years and this woman has worked at this location for quite some time throughout the past few years (I've never been able to catch her name- usually red dyed hair, pulled back- in her 30's-40's). I became familiar with her during my pregnancy with my daughter in 2023, at which time I was a frequenter at McDonald's for milkshakes & I now continue to stop in for milkshakes for my older children. She is a great leader, as a lot of the employees are younger. Orders are always fulfilled and ready when I've used the app & I've always gotten through the drive-thru in a timely manner even when it has been busy. She has remade our order without asking if it sat for too long and melted (most wouldn't take the time to do that). I'm always happy to see her there & I truly hope that someone see's this and she gets the recognition and reward she deserves for her service!“
