“Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the United States as a loyal customer. The bathrooms are very clean for a fast food restaurant and the service is kind and quick. The nuggets were juicy as well. Only suggestion is that it was a bit cold and the air conditioning was excessive. This McDonald’s is really the best you’re gonna get and very well run. Hands to all the staff and whoever the manager may be.“

“I made a customization error while ordering on the app and I made it seem like they messed up. Lol. I did apologize and the young ladies still took care of it and seemed happy to... But to the young lady working the front counter (I hope she sees this, but I'm happy if others do too.) I want to tell you, that the world and people can be cold and ugly sometimes, but please don't ever stop smiling or allow people to dim your light. Instead, use that smile and light within you, and use the small circle that you occupy every day, to spread that light and positivity, to wherever you are. Customer service is really bad at most places nowadays so you should all be proud of the work you do.“

“We had breakfast and it ran me 21 dollars and change for three meals which I thought was a good deal. The restaurant was clean and one of the workers brought our food to our table, so I thought that was nice. The breakfast sandwiches were pretty good and there was plenty of parking. Located on Bristol Pike in a small strip mall that was once anchored by a Wal-Mart. The McDonald's is also located several yards from a man made pond.“

“Each time I go to that place they rush with order not pay attention what person ask . They have additud, they dont ask what size you like and on top of it denied your order the people working there need to be replaced. This young generation dont respect anyone this days shame on your service .“

“Didn’t get food but just got off a very long train ride while having to use the restroom, stop at like 5 different places that wouldn’t allow me to use their restroom til good ol’ BK let me use theirs. Shoutout to the respectful young man at the counter that told me the bathrooms are open (plus bathroom was very clean!)“

“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“I don’t use it do reviews like this just for random fast food places, but I usually hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard in this particular. Chick-fil-A is the slowest one that I ever been to in my life. I am in line right now and I’ve probably been here already 20 minutes. I’m sorry but I’ve never spent this long in a Chick-fil-A line McDonald’s, Burger King, White Castle, but never Chick-fil-A I don’t know what’s going on, but that is an important thing to know and it’s only Thursday. Then when I finally get to the window, there has to be at least seven orders on the counter no lie seven orders and one person taking a slow time passing them out that was crazy and still was missing something from my bag.“
