“There are simply not enough words to describe our joy and gratitude for having our wedding at Crystal Plaza. From the moment we stepped into the Grand Ballroom, we knew without a doubt this was the place. It is hands down the most stunning ballroom we have ever seen — elegant, timeless, and unlike anything else.

The entire team at Crystal Plaza was a dream to work with. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day.

The food was phenomenal — even the “basic” offerings are first class and provide everything you could possibly want. Guests raved about the quality, variety, and presentation, and we felt like we were treated to a true fine-dining experience.
Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible.

The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.

I held a bridal luncheon for my daughter mid August in my backyard. The food was amazing! Every guest commented on how delicious everything was; salads, sandwiches, the hot dishes and quiches; all wonderful! I can't forget the desserts! “What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. “I walked in out of the blue. The place is quiet and unassuming. I was greeted as I approached the counter. They were very, very welcoming. After a little bit it was like we knew each other well. They made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good with lots of flavor. My order came out relatively quick. We talked and I watched the game (MTY vs AME). I had a great experience and was very impressed with this place. I highly recommend anyone give it a try. Also, prices are very good and worth every penny!“

I can’t say enough about the sublime food, the professional staff (shoutout to Ali for all the help in planning and to Josh for his amazing managerial skills at the party)! The rest of the staff was equally professional and wonderful! Josh made sure to check in with me throughout the event and they were set up and ready to go on time! The food displays and fresh flowers elevated the atmosphere and was a perfect foil to my white party theme! The fresh raw bar, cheese display and the slider selections were phenomenal! The desserts were exceptional! They even provided a delicious gluten free dessert for those guests with gluten sensitivity. Everyone had a wonderful time! Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. Can’t beat their prices for the quality and portion of food you receive. They are very friendly when you walk in and always remember you when you return! They’re a small mom and pop deli that should most definitely be patroned. A favorite of ours is the bacon egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. School kids also love this deli as they all stop in after school for a mid afternoon snack and sometimes morning breakfast. A fantastic on the go breakfast/lunch/snack/coffee/drink to go! The most difficult part of the experience was having to choose what to get off of such a creative menu because everything sounded delicious. When Andrew arrived, he and his team set up at our house quickly. The Tuscan Display was ready when guests walked in and they were completely in awe, as was I. The presentation was so beautiful and once we dug in, it was safe to say as good as it looked. The hors d’oeuvres were passed around and they were being devoured! At the end of the party, the team cleaned up (you wouldn’t even had known they were using the kitchen all day) and wrapped up and labeled all of the leftovers. When they left, I had family members arguing about who was taking which left overs home. It was THAT good! Not one thing we ate was mediocre; it was all out of this world.
