In my native country this a traditional (Hungary native) dessert served on the streets and festivals. I have visited this location last week and upon arrival, my girlfriend and her friends were welcomed to a warm and professional atmosphere, with the owner not only being passionate and extremely knowledgeable, but having lived in Hungary herself and truly caring for each and every ingredient that goes into making this tasty dessert. Each ingredient is imported directly from Europe. Trust me, being born there and lived here for over a decade the ingredients do VERY MUCH differ in quality. Kürtősh, which I ordered 4 of, tasted exactly like the one you’ll find in Europe. They even go a step further and coat it with different toppings such as coconut, sprinkles, walnuts and can add ice cream into it which is an outstanding idea. For those who never tried this treat I wholeheartedly recommend it because it tastes nothing like the typical processed desserts you’ll find here. It’s quite the delicacy.“

“My husband and I had our wedding reception at Crystal Plaza on January 20th, 2024. From the moment we stepped foot inside we knew our venue tours were done. The energy that exudes from the cocktail hour area, with dark wood and a fireplace to an outdoor atrium-like room, into the grand ballroom which is bright and timeless- it’s the perfect place to get married and have an unforgettable party. The bridal suite was like nothing I had ever seen before, it was gorgeous, spacious and full of light and the grooms vault was everything my husband could have possibly asked for plus more. The grounds are immaculate, the chandeliers both inside and out are out of this world. I mean, the place is just perfect in every single way. After meeting Max (who we love!!!!) and setting our date, we instantly felt like we had a new family in Crystal Plaza that were going to guide us through the planning process. We were not wrong. From vendor recommendations to simple questions that I probably could have googled, Max and Talmia were outstanding with communication, I wouldn’t have been able to plan my wedding without them. The food is out of this world, it was not regular “wedding food”, our guests raved about cocktail hour, dinner and traveling treats which we did for desserts. The Crytal Plaza team accommodated our every need, want and desire, no stone was left unturned, and the day went on flawlessly. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we wouldn’t have wanted to have it anywhere else. We want to send major thanks to our Maitre D Team Mikheill, Rovin and Jason who were an absolute pleasure to have beside us that night making sure everything was perfect. Our suite attendants Ariel and Johanz- who were extremely helpful while we were getting ready, brought us anything we needed and were always right there in case we had any questions, our Bridal and Groom attendants, Gerald and Chloe who were with us after our ceremony to ensure we were ready to party and have the best time. I have to say Chloe was exceptional, she was by my side all night and her energy was awesome- she was so helpful, attentive and she was just another bright light during our special day, as well as Gerald who my husband had a wonderful experience with, he was so kind and accommodating and made sure any and everything that they needed was done. Especially the bride and groom should have been treated differently. lastly a little disappointed my baskets for the bathroon were never put out again I had to find the attendance to ask for them that something I should not have to do. When we received the baskets back they were empty there was no way every wedding guest took everything out of the baskets just kinda strange they wold keep everything????? I wanted the Chicken & Sweet potato waffles which they don't make after a certain time. She made an exception and made my mine fresh. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy and juicy. I loved the texture of the waffle and it wasn't overly sweet. We also had the combo whiting/shrimp with greens and Mac and cheese. The fish and shrimp were well seasoned. The shrimp were a nice size. “I am a very happy repeat client of Domenick Rizzo Catering! In early June, I hired Dom to host an upscale cocktail party to celebrate my son's law school graduation. Dom and his team are amazing! He is so easy to collaborate with, worked within my budget, and came up with such fun and innovative ideas. Ex: doing cool drink pairings to accompany each of the passed hors d'oeuvres. So we had Shrimp ceviche with fresh mango and avocado paired with a white sangria shot, Black bean and roasted corn empanada's with a chipotle creme paired with a margarita shot, lobster rolls paired with a shot of sam adams beer, Hoison pork belly Boa Buns paired with a shot of Japanese beer, and so much more, including grill stations and beautifully displayed grazing tables. All of the food was absolutely delicious - everyone was commenting on it! I found them like many other people in ShopRite. Wakefern have distributed these delicious tasting banana puddings all over Jersey I am guessing. Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Morris counties. I am in Morris I found this tasty treat in Wharton's store also the Rockaway store.I go beast mode on my treat never have I ever had banana pudding so good. “One of our favorite pizzerias in the area. They have a great selection of food to choose from. The chicken vodka parm is amazing, my personal favorite. Definitely try your favorite dish from them. You won't be disappointed.They also just renovated, and you can now eat in.“
“You will not find a fresher, more delicious, authentic, amazing sandwich anywhere. This place is the real deal. I had the "Fonz" which is chicken cutlet (thin and crispy and perfect) fresh mozz, roasted red pepper, arugula, balsamic. Tough to park but for that sandwich you figure it out.“
