Chef Josh is one of the most talented chefs I’ve ever met, and it shows in his dedication to his craft. Not to mention his Yuzu Truffle hot sauce is my full favorite on the planet.

Josh makes some amazing food! I love their hot sauce and I’ve asked them to prepare multiple tasting menus for my wife and I, highly recommended! The tasting menus are Michelin quality imo.
