“We hired Custodi to cater our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We had them provide a buffer appetizer/cocktail hour, as well as coffee and tea service during dessert. We live in Oregon and got married in New Jersey, but Chris made the long distance communication and logistics a breeze. Day of, he sent a great team, and they were able to navigate the day smoothly, and make it ever the more easier for my husband and I to just enjoy our day and not be asked a thousand questions. Everything was delicious, and I especially loved the stuffed mushrooms! Thank you again for making our day great!“

Alan Nardiello was a complete joy to work with. He is professional, kind, honest & responds back in a very timely manner. The food was so INCREDIBLE! My guests were so impressed. He has servers that you can hire for an additional cost and it is worth every single penny! They are beyond amazing. Mary Beth and her daughter worked nonstop all day making sure everyone was happy and being taken care of. They really went above and beyond with smiles on their faces the whole time. The venue was modern, well appointed and cool on a very humid day. The food was well prepared ,delicious and plentiful. The staff was very professional, friendly and well dressed. All of our guests remarked on the great food and the beautifully decorated room. There was plenty of parking. Montiel as the new owner is to be congratulated for taking Bella Casa to the next level.
