The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude, and will let you stand there waiting for help. The older man with gray hair and glasses is always working. pleasant and willing to help. He should be the actual head manager.This location has always had disgusting floors, poor customer service and nonexistent cashiers. They were out of so many menu items it was ridiculous! We were a bit late for the dinner rush but it was only 7:30. The guy at the register was a bit rude & couldn't handle a hard of hearing customer...no eye contact, wouldn't speak up, etc...We had take out.

Emma was very accommodating and welcoming. She was very helpful and helping us order as well as made us feel very comfortable and at home. we will become loyal customers of this location because of her!
