For one it's not as cheap as other wholesalers. Second they actively make the process more confusing and difficult and have pretty poor customer service. They break up the line and scatter the guests, so there's a good chance the people you finished shopping 10 minutes before will be checking out before you because there's no way to tell which lines are going to move quicker, and much like on a gridlocked highway I always pick the wrong lane. I can only speak on my experience at both the warehouse & gas station. I always have been met with courtesy at the warehouse although I have witnessed rudeness by shoppers towards staff but not the reverse and the gas station is also courteous plus there's a Brother who is an attendant who was helpful & is a Nipsey Hussle twin. Cool individual for sure!!

So.... I've been to this location twice this week. This is my local BJ's and it is clean and well stocked. However, both visits the employee at self checkout with the huge eyelashes ignored customers while eating a lollipop and gossiping with another employee. Watched me as I picked up a case of Snapple and didn't even bother to come and scan. Then today, she had a change in her snacking preference and ignored customers as she ate a candy bar.
