always check your bag before leaving this is the second time they forgot food and then they get rude when you ask for all new like who wants to eat it all separately. the one is township went down too. it used to be such a nice place but honestly Arby's has the better chicken and polite workers now.
Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞
I always get great food and service from this location. However this time they left out part of my order. I called chick-fil-a deptford and Maddie picked up right away. She was pleasant, understanding and great on the phone. I came back to the store and she solved the problem using service with a smile.. She is an asset in a customer service based America. Thank you Madelyn!
