First time trying Moe’s and I absolutely loved the experience! The ladies at the front were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They were genuinely interested in hearing about my first time trying the food, and their kindness really made my day. Great food and even better customer service!
Food was really good and plentiful.
I used to come to this Moe’s all the time, but unfortunately, I stopped going for years because the restaurant had become really dirty and the employees were often rude. A couple of months ago, I decided to give it another chance after hearing it was under new management, and I’m so glad I did! The difference is like night and day. The salsa bar is a nice touch, and the restaurant is kept very clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Customers appreciate the efficient service, with Lowell checking out quickly and politely, and the GM Renee maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring food is prepared to satisfaction. The staff, including Ryan, provides exceptional customer service, helping with meal choices and making the dining experience feel like being at home. The food, such as the pork, is generally good, and many customers enjoy their meals, especially the variety of sauces and drinks available.
