I just wanted to take a moment to say how great Sushi Event Professionals is--they did a fantastic job of catering my daughter's bat mitzvah (on a very rainy spring day) in Brooklyn. The sushi was delicious, the set up/display was wonderful and all the guests talked about how great it was and really enjoyed it! They're very professional and were so responsive and flexible throughout the whole planning process. I highly recommend them for any event, big or small! Shelly
