I went in to just get chips and queso. I had rewards points through the app that I planned to use to get them for free. I scanned first for the free bag of chips, followed by scanning for the side of queso the person behind the counter could not figure out how to process my rewards, nor could the managers I had to end up paying either way and they stole my points. This establishment is ran By liars and people who do not care about customer satisfaction, as well as doing the right thing.

I was the only person in line and the guy building my bowl was acting like he was the flash. I barely got any guac, which you already pay extra for. Why can’t you just take your time and build a decent bowl with a good amount of ingredients.

I used to dislike coming here but it was the closest to home. There was never any options left, people with a weird attitude. But let me tell you, the GM Zaire was amazing and turned this place around. It was like a well run machine to order and so much fun it’s was like “go go go next next next” and everyone joking and having a good time. Worth the visit! (Give him a raise!)

The last 5 or more times I have noticed a big difference in the service and the portions when I come in. The workers are nice and they try very hard. Such a big improvement the last 6 months. Kudos

I am very dissatisfied. Long wait times and smaller portions. I had a take out order and when I got home and was eating it my daughter nearly choked on a plastic corner of a bag. This cross contamination disappoints me, I was a big fan of Chipotle but after today I’m not too sure.

My daughter & I ordered for the 1st time for delivery. After we ordered we read the reviews. We were horrified & regreted the order we placed. The delivery came quick & food was still hot & the delivery guy was very pleasant. I got the beef burrito bowl & side order of chips. It was excellent, great flavor & bowl was over filled, the tomatoes, lettuce & other ingredients were all fresh. My daughter also got the burrito bowl, she got it with the plant based meat, She's a vegetarian. She got a side of chips, she was very happy with the food. I have no regrets now, just a content belly. I will order again from the East Brunswick chipotle.

i was real nervous after seeing all the horrible reviews (which i looked at while waiting for the delivery) but was pleasantly surprised at how big and full the burrito bowls were and how flavorable they were. id definitely order from there again.
One of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. They always skimp on the meat and the food is always cold. Tables are always dirty. Just sucks, I'd rather drive farther to a better location than this mess.

I am extremely upset and will never eat at this chipotle or maybe any chipotle ever again. Unbeknownst to me, my fiance and I had red meat for the first time in years last night. Whoever was working on 1/17/25 last night put multiple pieces of chicken in the queso dip and steak in my sofrita bowl as well as steak in my Fiancé's bean tacos. So much for Vegan/Vegetarian friendly. Highly disappointed.
Vegetarian options: This location mixes meat into your non-meat items.
