“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“I shop at this store for many years and found it tone one of the best stores. Almost everyone knows my name. People are very friendly and know their products. Manager Manny and Mercedes are great. I did not find any other store to more friendly and helpful like this one.“

They always cook my wake up, wraps to perfection. They’re crispy. They’re hot and very delicious every time.

And the people that work here are always nice to me

“Hot coffee, latte with caramel and vanilla, hash browns, avocado toast, cold brews are some of my favourites at Dunkin. This one is just off NJ turnpike and an ideal pitstop before major exits like Staten Island / Verrazano or Newark airport. The plaza though enforces 2 hours only parking. So plan accordingly.“

“Consistently amazing and always plenty of choice of toppings to go with them. My kids enjoyed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my donuts . The service was friendly and fast, Macwel managed single handedly 10 donuts and surprised me by preparing them in a jiffy.
