Dunkin’ Donuts at Route 18 should look into their food more before serving to customers, I usually order at around pm don’t know if it’s only night shift that does this but like they need to actually care how it’s prepped, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like to eat a burnt looking cold bagel, I’m not sure if they’re baked locally or done at a location but they shouldn’t let the bagels get burnt to a dark brown , when I ask for bagels sometimes it doesn’t get...

Coffee, lattes, and most drinks are made great here, which is their strong point. When it comes to there donuts and most "bakery" items it's not best or freshes. So go for the drinks not for the food
