We asked about the charring of the hot plate as we didn’t receive instructions and even when telling us about the oil it was an attitude. We noticed she was like this with other customers as well. A table of 10 got up and left because of her attitude.

Well, I was not sure what to expect as we mostly dine a la carte. I was however pleasantly surprised and had a whole new experience in dining.
From the moment we entered the restaurant the greeting staff was very attentive and helpful. Our server/hostess was also very pleasant and attentive.
The concept of technicality cooking your own food (meats / seafood) at the table was actually entertaining and enjoyable. Yes, all the food was fresh and delicious.
We were able to mix our own chosen flavors / sauces / vegetables from the selection suace bar to the selections of meats.
A good family dining experience. Now that I have experience, I am returning ready for another meal.

Absolutely loved our first time at Kpot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot! Such a fun place to dine in.
Huge shoutout to Rosa, our waitress, who made our visit extra special. She was the sweetest, so patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu. We had so many questions since it was our first time, & she took the time to explain everything with a smile. Not only was she kind to us, but we noticed how attentive she was to all her tables, SUCH A GEM!
The food portions were huge, and the drinks? Ok, Let’s just say they did not skimp on the pour! I'm drunk as we speak. Kidding.

This is my favorite Korean bbq spot. Their beef bulgogi is one of my faves to order along with the kpot short ribs. The service can vary a bit depending on who you get, but my family and I definitely eat well whenever we come here. Even when I try other locations, it just doesn’t taste as good as this spot.

It seems like during the week the quality of the meat isn't as good as on the weekend. All the meat we kept ordering was mostly fat. We got sat in a table that was either burning our food or not cooking it enough (the regulator seemed broken on the grill). They said after we complained that this table has been having that problem the whole day... I don't know why they still sat us there. By the time they offered to move us tables (bc we complained) we were basically done eating the charred meat we got so there was no point in moving. None of this has ever happened at Butcher 360 in north Brunswick. Would recommend going there instead.

The selection of food is fine, but the quality and the taste of food are mediocre. The service, while our main waiter was a bit too much intervening, other staff were quite the opposite -- dropped our orders and didn't pick up empty plates unless we asked. The atmosphere was OK, can be cleaner. Overall, it's an ok option, especially if the location is convenient. But nothing impressive or worth traveling to.
