The staff needs more training. During our visit, no one stopped by to ask if we needed more soup base, napkins, or anything else. They also didn't clear our empty plates throughout the meal, which made the table feel cluttered. Better attention to customers and more proactive service would greatly improve the dining experience.
We came last Tuesday and Christina was so lovely! It was my mom’s first time and she was very patient and helpful. She explained everything to us and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back, her service was wonderful.
Today's kpot experience was not what we are used to. Normally after being seated we are taken care of quickly and the server Normally checks on us fairly frequently but today it felt like they sat us in the forgotten section. We ordered but the food took to long, then after we got our food they turned our stove off and we had to wait longer to get the server to turn it back on. Then when we saw that our stove was about to catch fire and tried to get someone's attention...
