KPOT is a fantastic spot for a fun, interactive meal! The combination of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot gives you the best of both worlds. The meat and vegetable selections are fresh, the broths are flavorful, and the all-you-can-eat format is a great value. Can add more fruits.
The staff needs more training. During our visit, no one stopped by to ask if we needed more soup base, napkins, or anything else. They also didn't clear our empty plates throughout the meal, which made the table feel cluttered. Better attention to customers and more proactive service would greatly improve the dining experience.
