They were out of the vegan chicken quesadillas so they gave me vegan beef! And I can’t have been luckier! Best vegan Mexican with all the trimmings I remember. The beans were great and the chips and guacamole worth the calories!

I was a vendor along with Chef David and his crew at the East Brunswick Summer Finale. Just before the end of the event, one of his crew (forgot her name) dropped off birria tacos. They were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I ended up eating them on the drive home...I just couldn't wait and glad I didn't (no traffic laws were broken in the process 😆).
He definitely didn't let me leave without something to eat (ala Mt14:16)

We ordered pickup and got the Cholula Buffalo wings, Superia birria tacos, and Pops pork tacos — everything was really good. I enjoy all kinds of Mexican food, but what I really liked about Los Bandoleros is that they put their own spin on things. They have some unique ideas and flavors on the menu that help them stand out from the crowd.
The service was also really solid....
