I’ve given this place 4 chances before writing an honest review. The pizzas I ordered were LARGE Philly cheesesteak & buffalo chicken both stuffed crust.
They only give you one garlic sauce with each pizza which is why I asked for more and the cashier told me I can give you max two more for the pizzas. ?
When we opened the pizzas at home, my kids were searching for the chicken and the cheesesteak ?.
We barely found the meat in the pizzas ?. It was basically cheese & and tiny bits of chicken & barely hints of Philly cheesesteak.
I paid $46 for some bread & cheese ?

Since opening I have patronized this location 5 times.
My 5th time doing carryout I ordered two xl NY style pizza and cheese bread sticks and cinnamon pull aparts. I spend about $39.00
Since they opened I have spent about $150.00 here and today I asked for plates and 5 parmasan cheese packets and was told by who I assume must be the franchise owner that "I can only give 2 packets"
In which I replied "2 packets for two xl large pizza, seriously"
He said I had to pay for 3 additional packets which I think is honestly TACKY
On the website it offers for you to purchase extra dipping sauce but not parmasan cheese packets which I mentioned to him.
I will gladly take my business else where.
Maybe I should have separated my orders to get 2 packets per order if that's how he wants to be.
Personally I wont be patrionizing this franchise location TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ITS PETTY how he wanted to charge me for something that is considered common curtesy at pizza shops.

The staff is very nice and quick and the pizza is great
Like others have said, great new location deals, however the pepper leaves much to be desired. Both times I went the pepper, which is one of the best parts of the meal has been either dried out or rotten. Hoping this changes in the future.

Pick-up/take-out was quick and accurate to through to the app. Not bad at all for a brandddddd new franchise location that just opened that week. Only 2 employees were on shift and they were killing it. Communicative. Asked me to give them a minute and within 3 minutes they were confirming the correct order and letting me know where to get my drink. They were BUSY too. Still so friendly and great workers that gave great service.
Grand opening deals were SOLIDDDDD af. It would be stupid not to get a 2nd pie with those deals. Papa's app tracker feature was spot-on accurate.
Bravo to those two men.
Food tastiness/standardization always comes with a learning period and experience/practice which takes time. But from my experience, I would say it won't be long before the staff at this location whisper about their engagement.
