Absolutely no issues with my visit tonight. Actually the lady at the counter,that prepared my order, was very pleasant and patient with me. Good atmosphere.

I purchased my food through the drive thru I was told my 12 pieces family meal classic would take 15 minutes. I agreed because I promised my children Popeyes tonight. My disappointment came when I went home and opened the box to a bunch of thighs. Why did I wait for the store passing off pieces they needed to move. I did not get the three of each piece advertised. At $45.00 for this meal and a 15 minutes wait. I should have received what is advertised. If I return I will go inside so I can see what pieces they are giving me.

Love popcorn shrimp chicken sandwich ? really good
We ordered a family box through the app. The cole slaw we got was rotten. The colour was not right, and the smell was PUTRID. Absolutely horrendous. They served ROTTEN COLE SLAW to their customers for today! Unbelievable. How can you serve your customers rotten food, and how did nobody in the kitchen catch the terrible smell of the cole slaw???

Recently visited this newer location. Seems like the others on 18 north. Chicken sandwich was cut soo thin. As compared to other places they are seriously portion control. So thin the edges were dry. I think this family has a monopoly on rt 18 or they split. No deals or specials because they dont have to. Popeyes in east orange was rated # 1. They have specials every day and even have a chalkboard to display their specials. The staff recommend ways to save$ Chicken is amazingly fresh If you dont mind the line. I will save my popeys cravings for when im in that area.

I saw the Popeyes just opened and I decided to go eat here. food quality wasnβt there. for 2 regular sized combos and an extra mashed potato it was 45$ this is insane for fast food! Never would I come here again, itβs over priced garbage
