Holy Isht!! 15 minutes and counting for dumplings and a roll??? Wth!!?? I'm getting a refund and leaving if it hits 20min!. Got my money back....supposed to be fast food. I walked in Hangry after jousting with idiots in the parking lot and got pure disappointment. This was my only time having an issue with this joint.

Don’t eat from here food tasted like Detergent! I Always order from here but this one particular time it didn’t taste right at all ! Teriyaki chicken with rice !!! I don’t order from here at Alllllll!!

The place was dirty and the manger was no help at all. I felt as though the people in the kitchen and back were very rude and over dissatisfied with the food. The experience I had there was awful besides the cashiers which did a great job:

Terriyaki chicken and rice under $10 with combo just another 3 bucks. With today's prices and food cost this hit the spot well. Chicken was good, very tender and delicious. The cashier was helpful with the app and got me another 5 dollars off so it helped. Overall a solid experience ?.

Food is a hit and miss. However it’s tasty. And they always forget to remind me to grab my drinks. Customer service needs improvement. Cook food through. You can’t eat raw meat and I don’t like sushi. Also stop taking my point cards if it’s not necessarily necessary.

The teriyaki chicken noodles are great, but the sushi is half the size it used to be. Sighhh like reallllly tiny sushi.

Dirty restaurant, not up to usual Sarku quality we have in Jersey City. Chicken was incredibly salty and bland, fried items were dripping oil. Bad food.

They have become very greedy with food for 10$ they give you too much rice but very little chiken.
