I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the drive-thru associate who assisted me this afternoon. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was distinguished by a full beard and provided truly exceptional service. He led with genuine kindness, making my birthday feel incredibly special. The brief interaction elevated my entire day, and the world would undoubtedly benefit from more individuals with his compassionate demeanor.
Staff is always so friendly, cafe area always clean, and my drinks always come out perfect!!!when you’re paying 10 + dollars for a drink this is all so important!!! Their energy and customer service is always 10/20
My experience here was great I tried calling the store to get their name but the short young woman with the glasses at the register was amazing and was definitely helpful and answered all my questions with great intentions she was great made me feel grate and definitely attended to 10/10 service I wish I had got her name but she’s the reason I would consider coming back - <3 :)
