I am so grateful that Don jose is located in East Hanover. They have a amazing authentic Mexican food. It is a family who owns business and they make you feel like family. ❤️❤️❤️
We got the chicken quesadilla and tamales, they were fresh, hot and delicious. The decor is fun too! It's a great casual spot for Mexican dishes, definitely recommend!

When searching for food and I saw "Mexican" next to Don Jose I was really looking forward to dinner. The place has colorful decorations and really sold the "Mexican" theme, however the menu told the truth. The dishes are a combination or rather an assimilation of mexican food into the American neighborhood it serves.
