Great Taylor and Egg sandwich. One of best I've had comes with 5 slices on a Kaiser roll. Also had Pandebono and Arepas which were delicious. Hands on owner Fabio was very welcoming. He's only been open for almost 2 years and taking things up a notch. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.
I’m not even sure how I stumbled upon Fabio’s, but I’m really glad I did. It’s a Colombian spot making one of the best bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches around — and that’s saying something considering it’s right next to a bagel shop.
The sandwich is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want to start the day. And honestly, the coffee is better too.

My family and I stopped by for some quick food after a friend told me that Fabio's has great sopa de gallina. My family and I ordered empanadas, pappas rellenas, arepas con queso, and yuca frita and everything was delicious. Whenever I'm in the area I will make sure to stop by again and with more time so that I can try a full meal next time.
