Friendly service, reasonably priced, and good food here. I like how I can order a whole tray for certain entrees. Easy to carryout and feed the whole family. Must try the beef ribs!
I was excited to try a new Portuguese restaurant. I grew up in Newark and there is nothing more delicious than food that brings you back home. Service was good, clean, nice people. I ordered Portuguese pork picadinho and it didn’t taste authentic, the classic flavors were missing. The shrimp garlic also fell short.I was told that Portugalo BBQ was sold and maybe that is when the flavors were lost.
Have only good things to say about this restaurant. Great service and the food is delicious. I loved their ribs and chicken combo and the picadinho. The other reviews were right about the combo. The portions are big enough for 2 people. They have so many different flavors for the empanadas can't wait to try them all. I had the banana Nutella and the cheese guava and they were so yummy. There are tables both indoors and outdoors and they also deliver. I'm definitely coming...
