I’ve save Portuguese BBQ under my “want to visit” locations in Google Maps for some time. Finally decided to stop by for lunch and give it a try. Our table got the a Whole Piri-Piri BBQ Chicken and a Whole set of Beef Ribs to share. Plus a chicken and cheese empanada. While the food looked great and was perfectly charred our overall dining experience was underwhelming. Service and ambiance were great, but left wanting a bit more from the food.
I didn’t know anything about this Portuguese restaurant until I stumbled upon it—what a hidden gem. The place is cozy, welcoming, and full of charm.
The wood-fire chicken 🔥🍗 is absolutely outstanding and juicy, flavorful, and unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. While they offer a variety of Portuguese dishes 🇵🇹, the chicken truly stands out. The vegetables 🥕🥦 were fresh and generously portioned, and the saffron rice was exceptional.

Food is very good. Definitely recommend the mixed plate (can't remember name) with picanha, chicken skewers, pork, veggies, fries. Oh, and the bread is really good 👍.
