I highly recommend this local gem, located at the southwest corner of Hamilton and Clinton Streets in East Orange, NJ. First time visited and my expectations were certainly blown away! The eclectic yet calming ambiance of Cafe By Us, along with the amazing outside artwork and craftsmanship of the building alone will make me a frequent visitor. A peaceful setting that seems fitting for folk of all ages, styles and backgrounds. Much of the decor has great meaning, so if possible and interested, I recommend asking the owner Sam (a very personable individual) all about it. My mom and I ordered a lemon...
Great coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and the perfect place to relax or get some work done. I had the chance to meet the owner, a super chill guy who was very welcoming. The WiFi was incredibly fast, which made it a great spot to hang out for a while. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
