The Spanish guy on the phone is extremely rude. I ordered the HARD scooped Oreo ice cream and when my order came I got this grey colored Oreo soft serve. This is the second time this has happened. I didn’t do anything the first time but I decided to call the second time around. I called and a woman answered the phone and she told me that they have both the hard scooped Oreo and soft serve in stock. So why did I receive the soft serve then? When the Spanish man picked up the phone he flat out lied to me and said they don’t have the soft serve when they did. He tried to gaslight me and I didn’t appreciate that. I just wanted what I ordered and I didn’t get that. I asked him for a refund for this item and he denied me. So now I’m out of 15 dollars and received a disgusting grey soft serve ice cream. Great. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! They are suppose to close at 9:30pm but when I went at 9pm they had the doors locked and were cleaning up. The workers are looking me in my face as see me and several other customers were confused as to why they were close 30mins early. I’ll never go there again!

The Spanish guy that works at this particular Carvel is extremely rude!!!!!! I stood in the store for 2 min and I asked the guy was he going to service me and his response was i'm busy!!!...you can wait and then he began mumbling under his breath and I did let him know he shouldn't talk to ppl that way and that his customer service skills were bad and that he was rude!!! And I walked out! He really needs to be spoken to about his attitude/behavior, and a training class on good customer service!!!

Overwhelming with I've cream aromas (in a good way). The staff was nice and handled my order with accuracy and patience. Lots of flavors to choose from. Would come back again.
