I did a mobile order but the line was so long. I had to park and go inside for my order. While I expected them to be running frantic trying to clear some of the orders everyone is inside moving like turtles without a care in the world as if the orders on the screen weren’t blinking. It was the young dark skin female on the ear piece not moving doing not one order. 3 mobile orders sitting on the counter not even completed. My hash browns are a little warm but still good. She made my Carmel craze latte while I was standing at the counter as well as bagged the donuts. I did see the one later that did serve me working helping other customers and decided to be polite and help me. I applaud because I was running late messing with them. But u relaxed and let her do her thing. I mad h did but know her name because even tho she was moving fast my Carmel latte was so delicious ☺️. Donuts fresh.. Thank you! The wait here is still always so hectic that’s why I order a head!

I walked in and I placed my order really fast there were two cashiers they even have a machine that you can walk up to and place your order you can be in and out fast or you can sit down they have four tables that you can sit down and eat

Their coffee at this location is just as terrible as it was 6 years ago. I don’t understand why they can’t just follow the correct standard for making coffee. They pour way too much milk in it. Not everyone wants half a cup of milk in their coffee. I feel like I’m drinking a cup of milk and if I wanted that then I would have ordered that. Just stick to the standard. Every other dunkin can make the coffee properly why can’t they. Smh

Workers are very nice. I’m local. I come here a lot. Unless you come early in the morning, donuts are fresh and soft but later on in the day, I feel like the donuts will get hard unless they put another batch in the oven. Drinks are very good. I’m not a big fan of their bagels and food, but that’s my opinion. One thing I really also don’t like is that they don’t answer their phone. I know they’re busy in the morning but when it’s less crowded in the evenings, they still don’t answer.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a few months now, and it never disappoints. The consistency is what makes it stand out — my latte always tastes the same, smooth and flavorful. The staff is amazing, they remember my name and order, which makes me feel like part of the family. The shop is always clean and well-kept, and they clearly care about the details. I love the little seasonal specials they do too — it keeps things exciting. The pastries are fresh and pair perfectly with the drinks. Seating is comfortable, and I can always find a spot to relax. It’s rare to find a place with both great coffee and great service. This has become my go-to coffee stop. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I'd ask for a bagel with no butter toasted with jelly and the bagel was not toasted at all and very little jelly for the amount of money they want
Literally every time I go here for the egg bites they never have it and it’s at the point they never will but constantly have it on display! Like if you don’t have the product at all stop false advertising it.
