Need better staff that’s quicker, sharper, and has an urgency to get people in and out. I find myself averaging 15 minutes waiting every time I come to this Dunkin.

It doesn't matter how they fix this place I still dislike the bad service in this location. People always look like they hate their job.
Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your children to dine in because the staff are not children friendly and usually a homeless would walk in cursing for no reason

Don't care if this place has new Management, or if it had a "grand opening" with the mayor of east orange. The staff is straight garbage. All African/Haitian, can't get a simple order right. Take 30 minutes to make a drink. Suck their teeth which makes me want to lose it. So disrespectful. They all need to be replaced. East orange at its finest.
*Update* 10/23 now the restaurant has sunk even lower. The porter/janitorial crew is inexistent. The entire restaurant smells like feet. I mean, I understand Haitian culture, but food safety, you can't be taking your shoes off etc in the restaurant. It's disgusting.
