Genesis Caribbean and America Restaurant on Central Ave is the best place I've eaten at in Jersey. Their fried chicken is on another level. I always feel nothing but love when I go there. Great food, great service! ??

Customer service was exceptionally good ; the place was extremely clean. The food was delicious , I went back 4 times and brought friends who also enjoyed the food.

Bought a curried Goat dinner.. It was delicious. White rice was Shelly and moist... Very tantalizing .
Also had a pan of Fried Chicken, best fried Chicken I ever had ....

Chicken curry was not cooked properly; meat was pink. Gravy smelled like my kids diapers. This has been bad experience and I couldn’t eat the food. It’s so sad to see Caribbean people not knowing how to cook and only care about money. My ancestors are turning in their graves knowing know I participated in this food

Soo sorry to say but the gravey was spoiled and it smelled soo bad when I got home ....but the meat it self did not stink and tasted decent but I could not eat it due to the smell because I put extra grave on everything.....but the people was soo nice and it was soo clean ....but no I won't go

I had the oxtail dinner, with rice and peas, and plain tan. The food was fresh and delicious. The owner was very welcoming and pleasant. I sat inside and ate my food. The place is small but I was very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Was waiting while my car was being detailed so i decided to come in this place to eat. The place is clean, cool good atmosphere, good christian music, great customer service, and on top of that the food was great. I had jerk pork and usually its hard and it smells bad. This jerk pork was clean and spicy but not too spicy the callilou was great everything was perfect. I will definitely come back.

Best Guyanaese pine tarts and cheese rolls in northern New Jersey. The service is very friendly and accommodating. only down side is that they don't make enough pastries they sell out often after 5pm on the weekends and their baked macaroni and cheese taste like box mac and cheese not flavorful at
