I came to buy chicken and the service is 0/10, they forgot my order when I got to ask, he says mmm and asks me what i had ordered, they are not doing anything just playing with a plastic bottle. Because it’s not more costumer there.

Not sure if the employees can’t read but I ordered two things on uber eats a Large fries and a small corn I got 2 chicken bowl containers of JUST CORN.? Two simple things and the employees can’t even read or get the order right.

Very disappointing The chicken had no flavor and it was very dark when it should be golden.Dietary restrictions: The food should always be fresh and the grease needs to be changed daily to give the community fresh food at all times

Terrible experience in this place, no bathroom was working or enabled so the only cashier at 2:30 p.m. couldn't even wash her hands. On January 19, he told me that they sold mayonnaise that could only give me ketchup and then he ignored me when I asked for napkins on 3 occasions because the napkin dispenser was empty. Additionally, a customer complained because an electronic ordering machine was not working properly. and he was wasting his time, complementary to this there were 4 dirty tables even though there were only 3 people consuming in the premises, a disappointment and what a shame for the KFC franchise because it used to be one of the most prestigious but I see that its level at least In this place you have learned a lot, I drive Uber so I have the possibility of visiting many places throughout Jersey and it is one of the worst I have visited

The manager was AWFUL! I ordered a 4 price chicken with a large coleslaw. The manager told me to order a combo, I said I did NOT WANT A combo, and to give me exactly what I ordered. They insisted I take the combo and I’ll be saving money. I asked for my money back and said I just want what I paid for. They REFUSED and said they don’t give refunds, for food I HAD NOT received. It was an awful experience and the security guard had to give me my food. If you can avoid going there, do yourself a favor and do so.
I came here and the person at the drive through was extremely rude after I asked him to repeat himself. There were no other customers there (inside or store or in the drive through) so I didn’t understand where the attitude came from. I will never return here. to make it worse, I contacted corporate and all they did was send me a generic email with an apology which was probably automated.

Wish I could give them a "zero". They give you what they want nothing like what you ordered. I ordered 8 piece extra crispy, received a bucket of soft undercooked greasy mess. Not extra crispy. Ordered coleslaw received mashed potatoes instead. Supposed to received 4 biscuits received 3. They are a ripoff.

The female by the name of Shanelle is extremely disrespectful. I came in and she was giving me attitude. I don’t know what she is going through but leave your problems at home when you come to work. This is not the first time I have had this encounter with her. She needs to be fired immediately. This establishment does not need her type of behavior!
