Disgraceful... rude mamager incompetent service, dangerous place... kept me waiting 45 minutes for an app order

2 weeks ago I ordered an hour in advance. When I got there my order wasn’t ready. People that were ordering in the store were walking out with their order before I could get mine.
Lesson learned: don’t order on a Friday evening.

The app charged me $11 for an $8 meal combo. Fries were just smashed into the bottom of the bag and soft. Chicken was okay, but how do you even mess it up anyway? It was kind of wet. I walked in and told the guy my name, thought he checked the bags so I sat back down, but a couple of minutes later he checked the bags again turns out he ignored me the first time I told him my name.

So from when I walked in, my bag was just sitting there for 10 minutes. I really liked the Popeyes in the livingston mall, so I thought I'd try it where I live.

Haven't eaten Popeyes in months. This place just makes me not want to eat it ever again, I'll try another location another day, but this place sucks.

I started going to the drive thru once I reach the telecom to place my order the worker said hello and never came back on the telecom to continue my order . I waited for 15 minutes yelling hello . I then proceeded to go into the store. While passing the first window still in drive thru I asked what was the wait the worker stated she never heard me yelling for someone to continue to place my order . That’s impossible with me waiting 15 mins . Once I proceeded inside to place my order and speak to the manager she was also no help .

The worst Popeyes EVER! Rude af girls in the front and they pack your food like they don’t give af. All the time something is missing and they will give ur uber food to the wrong Uber delivery person without checking.

Popeyes as an establishment has great food. Customer service sucks, I visited this Popeyes and the manager had his friend who played “security guard”. The security guard stated how the manager was his little brother and he was there to ensure he was “good”, got into an argument with a female customer and stated “that’s what’s wrong with black woman” and that black woman are “evil”. As a Chef and manager I just felt like this was super inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. To put the icing on the cake, a food delivery was about to unload, so the manager okay everybody car to get blocked in and that the delivery driver could do what he needed to do. Instead of ensuring the safety of the customers and the vehicles that were parked in the parking lot. Unfortunately this was my last visit. Just wanted to share publicly.

This place......walked in and there was a decent amount of people waiting, as it turned out they were drivers. I waited about 10 minutes to order until I said F this, let me go through the drive thru. Good call on my behalf because I managed to get prompt service.
