Staff was super sweet, they made a mistake and remade my order for me with no problem :) wish I could’ve given a tip to the cashier & the girl that helped me out

The young people there are rude and don't give you what you ordered
I’ve been coming to Popeyes for years but this experience was beyond frustrating. I placed my order at 12:15 pm and by 1:35 pm I was still waiting. Not once did anyone acknowledge me or ask what I needed. There was only one person handling both orders and food which clearly isn’t enough. On the app it saying my food is ready for pickup but completely different story at the store When you’re spending $35–$40 on a meal you shouldn’t have to wait over an hour with no communication. Unfortunately this will be my last time coming here it just keeps getting worse. Do better. ✌🏽✌🏽

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I waited for over an hour and no one seemed to be properly attending customers. The employees were arguing and yelling among themselves instead of helping people. On top of that, a random person came in selling cleaning products and all the staff left the kitchen area to go buy things from him, leaving customers waiting with no attention at all. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve basic service and respect. I hope management addresses this issue seriously

The cashier yesterday was excellent but the food was disgusting. Everything was undercooked rice and beans and the three piece chicken.
