I came to this location because they offered pasta, which is not usually a normal mall food court offering. I did not check the reviews before I ordered here, and I'm not sure I would have eaten here if I had checked them first. However, I had a good experience here. I ordered and it was a smooth process. I have never hated pasta I've ordered more in my life. I didn't realize their name was Bigoi Venezia because they suspiciously have Eatalia Joy on their sign. I really avoid writing bad reviews but I'm furious lol I am sorry to the workers here but I am preying on their downfall because this is a ripoff. I could've boiled my own pasta and seasoned it better for this price point. Scream!!!!

Middle aged asian man took my order and was extremely rude. I was asking questions about their menu and he was giving short responses with a condescending attitude. Food was mid and overpriced, don't recommend it at all.
