Expect a bit higher price than outside the American Dream mall. Gets busy so expect to wait. Can order via kiosk or in person. I did via kiosk, which didn't give me a receipt; good thing I remembered my order number which they call out. I ordered 2 of the same drink and when I got only 1, I questioned someone about my order - couldn't check for me. I was anxious after putting my order in the kiosk to only see this place not having good reviews here. I can't speak to the fruit varieties here or the flavoured milk teas, but when I saw taro milk tea on the menu, I was like it's most likely powder, so I am not going to order the flavoured ones. I went with the safer route and got the Hot Ginger Tea with honey and bubbles. It was good, the bubbles have the perfect texture and chew.

Incredibly nice service and large portions (2x the size I expected for a large). Unfortunately, they just don’t taste good. The passion fruit green tea was mediocre at best, way too sweet. The jasmine green tea was too watered down. They offered to remake it for me, and it came out a little bit better but I still couldn’t finish it.
