Had a great day drink/lunch at the Blarney Station yesterday. The outdoor patio was beautiful, the disco fries and chicken tenders were spot on, great selection of beer, and we ended with a bar pie of fresh olives, pepperoni and peppers. This is a beloved local spot and has been for many years. Easy access to the train and downtown Rutherford, so it's also good as a second act if you eat dinner in Rutherford and mosey up the way to East Rutherford. Highly recommend.
This great pub is perfect for enjoying a couple of pints and good food. It was on my list of places to visit, and I’ll definitely include it in my regular spots. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed with good vibes.
Got the chicken pot pie- delicious
Went back and got Shepard's pie- delicious (personally I liked the chicken pot pie a little better but delicious nonetheless)
Service was friendly and fast. It was busy both times I went (late night on friday and around 3:30pm saturday) but no problem with seating or service
