“The guy working it was the nicest guy I have ever met he made everything super fast even though he was running both counters in the convenience shop and the Dunkin' Donuts. We were on vacation and he could remember us from coming in there every day and he was just a really nice guy and I am meant him on how well of a job he did and how polite and professional he was“

“This is the Dunkin Donuts location inside of BJs in East Rutherford, NJ.

While the food came out promptly and the tables are clean, I had to wait a while for a staff member who could not be found across the entire front counter to take my order, despite no line present. This has happened previously on multiple occasions.

Additionally, it appears that management does not want to address this issue, but in fact encourages this behavior. they recently added a sign that directs everyone to the kiosk instead of interacting with a staff member.

Signs like this tell the customer they are not valued and staff prefer to hide in the back office instead of serving the customer. In fact, I’ve witnessed a couple of customers laugh out loud as they read the sign.

What happens with the self ordering kiosk breaks? some customers prefer a traditional ordering experience instead of interacting with a kiosk.“

“I couldn't resist getting a slice of the green tea mille cake, even thought I already had ice cream from Cafe Zaiya. (I really have no self control over sweets, and my bf doesn't ever stop me). As other reviewers had already stated, Lady M is typically full of Asian girls and tourists, which was true as per my visit today. Their pretty cakes and pastries are very photogenic and Instagram/Facebook worthy.The cashier was very nice and thorough. Told me that he was putting my copy of the receipt in the bag, while getting a tray for me to sign the merchant's copy of the receipt. He gave me 2 utensils without me asking.It's been a while since I tasted the crepe cake. I guess it was a let down as I remember it tasting more amazing. Each layer of the crepe was positioned perfectly so that it wasn't uneven. There was a lot more cream then i remembered. It was hard cutting into the cake with the fork for each bite and it was much easier to just eat it layer by layer. The matcha powder was bitter, but the cream was sweet, so that was a good combo.“

It’s become a tradition for us: we get them every time we come to NYC. Great variety, old-school shop vibes, and everything tastes fresh. If you’re visiting, don’t skip the cronuts!“

“The Donut Pub has been in NYC since the 1960s, and the donuts taste like they have never compromised on quality for the last sixty years. These are literally the freshest-tasting donuts I’ve had in NYC: they melt in your mouth. I stuck with a few different flavors of mini donuts so that I could enjoy multiple flavors at the same time. That said, they have tons of creatively flavored donuts, croissant donuts and cake donuts. It will be a tough decision, especially if you like a variety of fillings and frostings.
