Very disappointing experience. We came to watch the fight and the stream kept cutting out because of the rain. A venue that hosts major sporting events should have a reliable setup and backup plan for weather issues. Many people came specifically to watch the fight, and the interruptions completely ruined the experience. Staff did not provide clear updates, and we ended up leaving frustrated. Definitely not what we expected.

Today during the Olympiacos vs Kifisia game, I placed a bet and there was a red card in the last 12 minutes. I tried to cash out my bet, but the cash-out option was blocked. This is really strange and frustrating.

I keep losing most of the time, and when I finally have a chance to win a small amount, the cash-out gets blocked. This is very disappointing. On top of that, I’ve wagered almost 500k, and I haven’t received any deposit matches or bonuses.

This does not feel like fair play at all. Please explain why this is happening.
