House Of 'Que at the American Dream

Asked to dine in at a World Cup game. They said there is a minimum charge per person ($50). I said ok. Then they said maximum stay is one hour. I tried to book for 2 hours at the start of the game, they wouldn’t let us. So we had to pay $200 minimum charge per hour, for three hours.

I was willing to pay a minimum charge per hour. It is fine to come up with a package for World Cup games.

But just like FIFA. They are trying to rip off people.

$9 draft beer is an obscene choice

This place had HORRIBLE customer service. The server that I got literally did not write down my order. I was the first one to take the order on my table. Everyone else got their burgers and I waited for an hour and I talked to the manager, he was being very dismissive with me and any other place would’ve given me the burger for free and apologize for the inconvenience. However, this place everybody gave me attitude and was making me feel like I was wrong even though the customer is usually always right. It’s not my fault that the server doesn’t know how to do their job and didn’t write down my order or somehow the order didn’t show up on the receipt. I didn’t check the receipt because I wouldn’t think that a server doesn’t know how to do something simple like writing down an order.

Horrible service. They sat us down and took like 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. After that they brought the food and never came to our table again. We had to get up several times to ask for simple things like ketchup, hot sauce etc. very bad service.

This is a great spot to catch the games and grab a tasty bite. They have the best tvs for sports amazing food, drinks and vibe.
Great service at the bar , the bartender Taylor is amazing and makes 🔥drinks!
Definitely stop by while out and about at American Dream!

We had a great time here. Crystal took great care of our big group! Food was good. Bathroom is clean.

My family and I had a blast at American Dream Mall! We were all so worn out from the walking and deiced to grab food at House of Que. Which reminded me of House of Que Hoboken! Sadly they didn’t have brunch but they did have happy hour which made the adults very happy. The staff was very attentive from the start to the end. They were very accommodating to our preferences but made it work. Love this place and hope to see what they have incoming for the World Cup!

Came here last night for trivia with my wife and we enjoyed playing trivia with Joe! The food was great, I had ordered a brisket sandwich with corn pudding as a side. The brisket was full of flavor and really gave that smokey flavor. My wife had the HOQ salad with a side of sweet potatoes. The ambient was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back for the pulled pork and ribs!

Absolutely terrible experience at House of Que in American Dream Mall. We waited over an hour after placing our order and never even received our food. The service was trash from start to finish. Instead of checking on customers or trying to fix the situation, the staff just stood around the computer talking about getting other jobs. No communication, no urgency, and no accountability.

If you’re hungry and expect decent customer service, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Complete waste of time and extremely disappointing experience.
