I went here with my girlfriend we got fries fries came out cold. I got half a chicken. The half a chicken was dry and you getting small portions for what you’re paying for the only good thing about my visit was my waiter. I forgot his name but he was a light complexion gentleman with dreadlocks. . can you help me with my menu very nice guy oh, and the drinks from the bar were good that’s about it. I told him about the food he got me french fries and asked me. Did I want anything else besides the chicken because the chicken was dry so I got the ribs the ribs are OK. The waiter was excellent and he was tip good. Would I go back if I’m in the neighborhood, yes I will just for the drinks that’s about it.

Nothing special. Chicken sandwich quality was poor. Great attention at the bar. Maybe will give another chance.
The female staff treated them with class. I ordered the Q burger without pork and with onion rings and the chicken burger. The taste was 8 out of ten.

Delicious Burgers! Potato fries were amazing! Customer service professional! Server was so nice. My husband asked her for a little birthday cake for our friends son and it wasn't available, but she still handled the situation like pro, she brought brownie topped with ice cream, it was delicious. We have to go back there to try the other things in the menu!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, BBQ was great and prices reasonable. Service was quick too, we were there on a Saturday and the place was packed, our food was out in less than 15 minutes.

Went here with family and was extremely disappointed with the food. Got the Pulled Pork sandwich which was very bland and seemed fatty. The Mac N Cheese side might’ve been the worst ive ever had (it’s extremely hard to mess up Mac n Cheese). Don’t waste your money eating here, most of our food was not good.

I came here last year and loved it! Great food and drinks and the staff was so sweet! I decided to go to American Dream this year and have a large group of friends come to celebrate my birthday. I reached out to see if they accept big parties. I have been going back and forth with Natalie Jones who went above and beyond to help accommodate my big party. She made sure every last detail was perfect and answered all of my questions! I appreciate Natalie and everyone at House of ‘Que! Thank you!!!

Went here for my birthday. The food was fine, but the waiter Christian had great hospitality and got me ice cream for free. Plus, the music here was top tier, I was singing every one, and the games playing on the TVs were very entertaining. Great restaurant. Really good music

For Jersey bbq I was scared. I have yet to find a place that brings similar love and quality that southern states' bbq has. This one was alright. The workers were all amazing and friendly to speak to. Service was fast and the waitress was very helpful with recommendations.
Appetizers: My friend and I orders smoked honey bbq wings and deviled eggs. The eggs were good, nothing special, just a good deviled egg. The honey bbq wings were fantastic and I do recommend if you come here. Also for drinks we got Arnold Palmers and I wouldn't recommend them unless you are looking for a very nonsweet version.
Mains: My friend got the HOQ Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/ a side of ranch and she said it tasted fantastic and the chicken was juicy. I got a platter of assorted meats (pulled pork, brisket, and smoked chicken. I really liked the pulled pork as it was very juicy and flavorfull. I am a very big brisket fan and here the brisket was alright but honestly not in my top. The chicken was an overall no for me and was near flavorless; worse than the brisket by a mile.
Sides: I did Mac n cheese, corn pudding, and cornbread. The Mac n cheese is a white mac w/ peperjack cheese and I liked it with the meal. The corn pudding was genuinely my favorite thing I ate there and highly recommend. Cornbread was good with the butter they use and has a thick cake consistency. The sides were all very good.
Parking: Parking is free for one hour and after that is $5
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators available in mall near restaurant entrance on 2nd floor

Beans and macaroni were ok. Corn pudding Amazing. The chicken was dry. Sausage was good. Ribs so so. Collard greens and brisket were good. The women’s bathroom was nasty. The sink didn’t work the water wouldn’t come on they left a bottle of hand sanitizer on the sink. For the amount of money we spent the food could have been much better and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Over priced and horrible "Texas bbq" We order the wing appetizer which was $16.25. We got six baby wings that were so dry I couldn't eat them. My husband doesn't complain so he just soaked them in the water downed ranch they offered. Next came our meal. We got the brisket chopped and two pieces of sausage. The sausage wasn't edible it was hard and dry. The brisket was ok "had better elsewhere". We also got coleslaw and Mac and cheese as sides. They were the only worthy things to eat that we got. Overall the waitress was nice and food came out in a timely manner.

I recently celebrated my son’s birthday at House of Que’ American Dream, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with fantastic regular and gluten-free options that everyone enjoyed. Grace, the host that took our reservation, went above and beyond to make it special. She accommodated our needs for a more private setting and even lent me her phone charger when I needed it.
Grace was incredibly friendly and fluent in Spanish, which was perfect for my mom as she explained the menu in detail when I struggled to do so. Her recommendations were spot on; my son loved the brisket sandwich and we loved the Pitmaster’s Pick! Grace’s energy was great from the moment we got there, making the celebration even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be returning and hope to have Grace’s wonderful service again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a warm atmosphere!
