Isolla Bella Champagne Bar offers a quick drink with a snack of pretzels in true Italian fashion. A live piano adds to the pleasant ambiance. Though pricy, the drinks are quality and delicious, and service is friendly. The place is cool, stylish and relaxed, perfect for champagne or celebrating with friends, with an excellent selection and a nice vibe. An intimate dinner left diners pleased with the meal, wine, and service. The chef receives kudos. High end champagne bar sits in the luxury shopping wing of the American Dream Mall, where fresh crisp Honeymoon oysters are served with red wine vinegar mingonette and cocktail sauce, paired with Einstok Arctic Lager. Drinks and service are good, and the tequila flight ($30, 3 shots) is not too bad.
