Not even exaggerating: this was one of my favorite dining experiences to date! Had a surprise birthday party for a friend in one of the private back rooms, and the staff was so accomodating, helpful, and friendly. Our waiter, Chris, was especially awesome: he was super sociable and patient with any questions we had about the food, the hotpot process, and splitting the check. Came here on a quiet Wednesday night. The classic and spicy broths were delicious, and all the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. That said, the pricing was a surprise—unlike other hot pot spots that offer unlimited veggies, tofu, fish cake, noodles, and sides with the broth, this place charges for every single item separately. Great food, but be prepared to pay for every little thing.
