Chris was our waiter today. We came in with my wife’s 100 year old grandfather and 99 year old Grandmother on her birthday. They are from Shanghai. Chris immediately knew to bring kids waters, 2 hot waters for the grandparents and 2 regular waters for myself and my wife. Service was fast and accurate. The food soup base was perfect and the food was very fresh with great portions. The ice cream for grandma’s 99th birthday was a great touch. We look forward to coming back again.
I went on Valentine’s Day and Markus was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful while explaining how the Hot Pot works. He explained all the specials and all the stuff that we can add. He even entertained us and told us some jokes. I had the seasonal special, the Pho, and it is actually scary how amazing it was. It was genuinely the best soup I ever had. I recommend this place and the Pho 100%. I just wish I lived closer to this place.
