It was an okay experience. Me and my friend waited over an hour, only to receive the wrong order. This wouldn’t be a problem, but I wish they were more communicative. The pho was decent. They definitely cheap out on the meat, but the broth is tasty and flavorful. Because I rather enjoyed the meal, I will rate Pho Today 3 stars. Perhaps I will try it again to see if it improves.
Did take out for dinner after giving up fighting the crowds at America Dream Mall. Although we did a pick up order, I wish we had stayed to eat because the restaurant was huge, looked modern and clean. Pick up service was quick and helpful. We got the oxtail pho, grilled pork noodles with egg roll, cold cuts banh mi, and the rainbow dessert (che). Tasted just like my mom's homemade food. She's from Southern Vietnam and her family has owned restaurants in Vietnam...
I see a lot of people giving bad reviews because they don't seem to know anything about Vietnamese cuisine. The food here is fantastic. The pho is rich without being overspiced and the meat was nicely grilled/charred.
