Vanessa's did a great job catering a party for my daughter at the Dreamworks Water Park at American Dream Mall! Dumplings, noodle salad, string beans - and they were even able to make those last two dishes vegetarian and gluten-free at my request!
Biban, the manager, was easy to work with and very proactive -- and my guests LOVED having something to eat that wasn't just the usual birthday party pizza!

Today we visited Vanessa’s dumplings next to the pizza we had a few days ago and I wish I had it earlier. It was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to and the service is exceptional. It is my granddaughter’s birthday and the workers from Vanessa’s dumplings made it worthwhile.
